On the 30th of April 2022, a beautiful celebration framed the proclamation of the winner of the 2022 Palio della Ghirlandina, a competition between the very best Traditional Balsamic Vinegars of Modenese of family tradition. The winning sample was submitted by Jacopo Vecchi, son of Paolo Vecchi, owner of the 'Acetomodena' Acetaia in Cognento.
